Karori Pool Aquafitness Class Timetable

Aquafit (45 min): A shallow water class suitable for all levels and abilities incorporating cardiovascular fitness/ fatburning exercise, muscle strengthening and toning.

Ezy Movers Aqua (45 minutes): A fun, easy-paced, low impact, shallow water exercise class incorporating cardiovascular fitness/ fatburning exercise, muscle conditioning and stretching.

Aqua Deep (45 minutes): A high intensity workout in deep water using a buoyancy aid incorporating cardiovascular fitness/fat burning exercise, muscle conditioning and toning.

Aqua Pregnancy: We would like to offer an Aqua Pregnancy class at Karori in the near future. Use the contact form on this site to express your interest in attending this class, so we know if there is enough interest in offering the class.
