Irish Dancing Classes
Irish Dancing Classes for all ages! Mary Beth Taylor is a qualified Irish dancing teacher (TCRG) who has recently moved here from Dublin, Ireland. Irish dancing is an energetic, exciting, culturally rich form of dance open to people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. Danced to toe-tapping Irish music, Irish dancing is a fantasic way for learners of all ages to keep fit, learn about rhythm and timing, and enjoy one of the greatest forms of national dance around! Beginners will start by learning light shoes dances including the Reel, Light Jig, Slip Jig, and Single Jig. When these are mastered, learners will go on to learning the heavy shoe dances - Hornpipe, Heavy Jig, and Treble Reel.
