Skating Sessions
Kilbirnie Recreation Centre has a variety of skating options for the whole family. Inline skating, ramps, obstacles, skateboarding, scooting or biking - you can give it all a go at these special sessions.

Family Session
A time for families to enjoy this exciting environment. Under tens and their caregivers can skate, scoot, bike or trike.
Public Session
Everyone welcome to skate, scoot, bike or trike.

All skaters ie. those using scooter, skates, skateboards and bikes, 10 years and under must wear a helmet. Wrist guards, knee guards and elbow guards are strongly recommended. Protective equipment is provided free of charge to the customer and is available from reception.
*Leisure Card is the Wellington City Council scheme that allows people on low incomes and people who meet other criteria discounted entry into a range of recreation and leisure services. Phone 499 4444 or click here to see if you are eligible.
