Capital Penguins Inline Hockey
Inline Hockey is like ice hockey but on inline skates and is a fast paced sport that is great fun to play. An excellent sport for all round fitness, relying on skating skill together with puck handling and teamwork.
The Penguins cater for all people aged 7 years and up and all abilities, everyone is welcome. We train at the Kilbirnie rec centre.
