Wellington's pools have a range of therapeutic ‘hot spots' where you can relax and rejuvenate.
The Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre
The Aquatic Centre has three private therapeutic spa pools which can be booked for 20 minute sessions. The Aquatic Centre also features two single sex saunas ‘mens' and ‘womens' which can be accessed on a casual basis. Please note that appropriate swim wear is to be worn at all times.

Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre
Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre has several Hotspots for you to enjoy - two public spa pools, a sauna and a steamroom. Visit all three Hotspots and then have a swim in the pool for just $13.10.
